The young man it came to the house to fix the garage was polite and very considerate. As we had to go through the house to get to the garage, he even asked. I wanted him to remove his shoes.
So caring, that's most people wouldn't have done that. He quickly figure it out. What was wrong with the garage door And proceeded to fix it. He also looked at a few other
Possible issues with the door, But said that they were not the problem. I am very happy with the service and promptness of this company. I will be getting them again if the garage door malfunctions again.

They were fantastic to deal with, right from the first call. I was lucky enough that they were able to send a technician over immediately. Sergey was great to work with, he was polite, knowledgeable, and very quick. He replaced my motor, fixed a roller on my track, and performed some maintenance on the cables and chains. Overall I was very impressed and have no problem using them again and referring them to anyone.

Amazing customer service! Our garage door stop opening, called that afternoon and CGD Garage Doors booked us first thing in the morning the next day. They were very professional and recommended a couple of options as the issue was with the spring system (20+ years old lol). Our garage door stopped working suddenly. I called and had a tech same-day. He was very professional and great to deal with. He explained the issue and why it happened, and provided options with details. And when my husband arrived from his work he re-explained everything to him as well. We decided to replace the opener and he was able to do that on site without having to book another appointment. We are back to normal in no time. No complaints whatsoever, and I will make sure to recommend this company to everyone.

On Aug 01 my garage door spring broke. I spent some time researching for a reputable garage door company. I decided to use CGD Garage Door based on the length of time they have been in business in Calgary. Also the great reviews they have on Google. Im happy to say I picked a winner. I phoned them on Aug 02/22 and their repair man (Jacob) was in my garage 2hrs after I phone fixing my garage door. He replaced 2 springs and inspected the door.
